Online Assistance / Help Section

Thanks mommies & daddies for the feedback, comments and even compliment words. All of them are taken seriously into our daily operation needs. From the feedback and comments, I had came out with the section to assist our online customer for better surfing and shopping experience.

1. How to get started
To start your shopping, jus click on the above or below "Stores" title bar to enter into the relevant section. Example: You click on the "babies" section, and you will be brought to the "babies" department where you be able to see a list of babies related section.

2. How to buy
To make a purchase, just click on the "add to shopping bag" button and it will add to your shopping bag. A summary of when u have added will be seen. After adding an item or items, just click the BACK button on the browser to continue your shopping or go back to the previous page viewed.

b. after adding to shopping bag, you will see a summary of this, 

c. from this summary, just click on the BACK button to continue shopping or BACK to previous page.

d. you can also make use of the BACK button's Arrow Down mode for short cuts.

3. Complicated & Confusing?
In this eStore, we are using a more simple and a complex way to run this store. We do not have professional company to create this store as this will increase our overhead & shoppers might not be able to enjoy a more cheaper price. That is why a few things are not supported and you will see a lot of links & text that's why it looks complicated.

b. by clicking your desire departments ex, "husk pillow specialty", you will be brought to the page but below the page, you will see a few more "links" that is related to babies department. Here's how it looks,

4. If there is no "add to shopping bag" button for u to add, that mean that u just need to drop us an email to order and we will get back to you as soon as we received the email.
